An intense vibrancy lights up the landscape with plum and blackberry hues, imparting Oban with a sweetness rarely found in other worlds.On a rare autumn night in Oban Bay, the shimmering light of the Aurora illuminates this ancient coastal town and its namesake distillery. One of the oldest and smallest distilleries in Scotland, Oban rose in 1794, bringing vibrancy to the quiet surroundings. No matter how small, its mythical nature has been written in the stars for centuries.The maturation process in freshly filled American oak barrels, followed by double maturation in old Sherry & Amontillado casks, brings a gentle flavor with sea salt and ocean air. The creamy texture delivers a rich taste with sweet hints of wine-soaked plums, balanced by salt and bold spices, before finishing with a peppery note.
