1. Delivery methods
After receiving confirmation of your order, we will promptly deliver it to you as soon as possible. To facilitate delivery and ensure that goods are sent to customers as quickly as possible, please provide detailed and accurate information including house number, street name, ward, village, hamlet, group, area, commune, town, district, province, etc. We reserve the right to cancel unclear orders or are not responsible for delays or losses, etc., due to inaccurate information provided by you.
The unit commits to coordinate with the shipping unit (clearly stating outside the shipping package about the recipient's age) to jointly verify the age of the recipient in case of doubt about that person's age, ensuring that the recipient must be at least 18 years old when receiving the goods.

2. Estimated time for delivery or service provision, taking into account geographical distance and delivery method
Immediately after the order is fully confirmed by the staff, the product will be delivered to you within 1 to 5 days (excluding holidays and Sundays).

- Typically, customers will receive their goods on the same day for customers in Ho Chi Minh City and within 2-3 days for customers in the provinces.
- Delivery time is calculated from the moment your order is confirmed (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
- Delivery hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM from Monday to Sunday for customers in Ho Chi Minh City and from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Saturday for customers in the provinces.
- In some cases, the product may be delivered to the customer later than the time stated above: Force majeure events may include natural phenomena (natural disasters) such as floods, fires, storms, earthquakes, tsunamis...
- Check the goods upon delivery
- Customers must conduct a preliminary check upon receipt and sign the delivery list, while keeping the accompanying delivery slip with the product. When receiving goods from the delivery staff, customers may open the seal of our package to check the goods (quantity, color, condition, type, size…)
- Present identification documents (ID card or driver's license..) when receiving goods to the delivery staff.
- Note: the inspection will not include opening the seal of the product (which affects the sealing label, product packaging,…).
- In the case of a check according to the customer's request, the delivery staff will sign the delivery slip. If the delivery staff does not comply with the customer's request, the customer may refuse to accept the product at that time. We encourage customers to fully utilize their rights before receiving goods to receive the best support in any situation if a return/exchange request arises.
- We reserve the right to check and refuse delivery if it is found that the customer is under 18 years old according to legal regulations.

3. Geographic limitations for delivery or service provision, if any
Customers need to check the condition of the goods and may exchange/return items at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:
- Goods not matching the type, model in the order placed or as on the website at the time of ordering
- Not enough quantity, not a complete set as in the order
- External conditions affected such as: torn packaging, peeling, breakage…
Customers are responsible for presenting relevant documents to prove the shortcomings in order to complete the return/exchange of goods.
Regarding the notification time and sending exchanged/returned products
- Notification time for exchanges/returns: Immediately upon receiving the product, in cases of missing accessories, gifts, or breakage.

4. Define the responsibilities of traders and logistics service providers regarding the provision of goods documentation during the delivery process.
Obligations of the carrier
- Ensure the safe and complete transport of assets to the designated location, on time.
- Deliver the property to the person entitled to receive it (ensure the recipient is over 18 years old).
- Bear the costs related to the transportation of property, unless otherwise agreed.
- Purchase civil liability insurance as required by law.
- Compensate the shipper in cases where the carrier loses or damages the property, unless otherwise agreed or provided by law.
Rights of the carrier
- Verify the authenticity of the property, the bill of lading, or other equivalent transport documents.
- Refuse to transport property that does not match the type of property agreed upon in the contract.
- Request the shipper to pay the full transportation fee on time.
- Refuse to transport prohibited goods, hazardous or toxic property, if the carrier...
Obligations of the shipper
- Pay the full transportation fee to the carrier according to the agreed deadline and method.
- Provide necessary information related to the transported property to ensure the safety of the transported property.
- Supervise the property during transit, if agreed. In cases where the shipper supervises the property and it is lost or damaged, no compensation shall be provided.
Rights of the shipper
- Request the carrier to transport the property to the agreed location and time.
- Directly or designate a third party to receive the leased property that has been transported.
Liability for damages
- The carrier must compensate the shipper for damages if the property is lost or damaged.
- The shipper must compensate the carrier and third parties for damages caused by the transported property that is hazardous or toxic without proper packaging or safety measures during transit.
- In cases of force majeure leading to the loss, damage, or destruction of transported property during transit, the carrier shall not be liable for compensation, unless otherwise agreed or provided by law.
