When the customer receives the goods, AVANTI agrees to allow the customer to carefully inspect the product before acceptance. We do not address any complaints arising if the Customer does not record a video of the unboxing and inspection of the Goods.
If unexpected issues arise on the part of the Customer, AVANTI will flexibly assist in resolving in the following cases:
