2 2. Refund Policy
Refund term: habanosspecialist.vn will only be given to the Customer when habanosspecialist.vn confirms that the returned Goods have been received and the buyer has no need to exchange the goods with equivalent value.
Refund method: In case the customer returns the product, after habanosspecialist.vn confirms that the product meets the requirements in the return policy, we will refund the cost to the customer by paying directly to the account system Customer bank provides via call center, or refund via Customer's credit card or refund according to the method that Customer has paid on habanosspecialist.vn.
Refund cost :
The cost of delivery and return will be fully paid by the buyer to the courier, habanosspecialist.vn does not have a policy to return eligible goods at the address provided by the customer.
3 3. No return in the following cases:
- The product has no manufacturer defect/does not meet the conditions for product exchange/return
- Present.
