PRODUCT WARRANTY POLICY
Product warranty is the remedy for defects, technical issues that occur due to the manufacturer's fault.
1. Warranty conditions:
The product is warranted free of charge if it meets all the following conditions:
a. Still within the warranty period (calculated from the date the customer receives the product)
b. The customer has both the sales invoice from AVANTI/warranty card/warranty seal as required.
c. Does not fall under the cases not covered by warranty
2. Products applicable for warranty policy:

This policy does not apply to products in the category: food & beverages
3. Warranty reception locations:

Habanos Specialist Store System or the headquarters of AVANTI-Group LLC receives the products needing warranty from customers: Customers report the products needing warranty to any of our Stores or call the hotline 0896333389 We will be responsible for proposing a solution. After the product is warranted, AVANTI will return the product to the customer.
Any incurred costs such as shipping fees, … will be borne by the customer.
- The customer directly sends the product needing warranty to our Store or calls the hotline 0896333389 AVANTI will be responsible for carrying out the warranty and notifying the customer of the results.
4. Cases not covered by warranty.
- The product has expired warranty.
- The warranty card is not fully filled with customer information and the information on the product does not match the information recorded on the warranty card.
- The sales invoice is lost or torn and cannot read the product information.
- The warranty card, warranty seal is torn or lost; the warranty seal is overlapped, or the warranty seal has modified content (including the original warranty seal).
- Unauthorized repairs of the product by individuals other than the manufacturer's employees.
- Using, storing goods incorrectly according to the instructions or regulations attached to the Product: Deformation due to falling, breaking, impact; scratched, damaged due to moisture, rust, water leakage, animal intrusion, natural disasters, fire.
