The unique distillation process of 2.81 times with 21 years of continuous aging in Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso wood casks has created a Mortlach 21-year-old with distinctive flavors.
With its inherent strong character, this “beast from the Dufftown region” is little known as it is always kept hidden in the world of whisky. The deep aroma blends with dried fruit and grilled meat, bringing a lasting impression between sweet and spicy, a dry mouthfeel with a lingering finish. The limited edition Mortlach 21 has only 7,692 bottles distributed worldwide.
