Royal Lochnagar 16 Y.O is like the generous and powerful waters of a wild horse from the highlands, filling the space with a fresh sensation. Aged in American and European oak barrels, this is an enticing and easy-to-enjoy drink, especially for an appetizer.

Most prominent are the aromas of orange peel and green apple, wrapped in a gentle fragrant wood, while other notes like white grape and charred wood become clearer with a little pure water. Next is the awakening of the throat with a diverse flavor profile, from sweet to slightly sour and then a hint of dry bitterness from oak.

Aroma: A full and gentle fragrance. Fruity notes from orange and green apple, combined with wood and moss. A little water will enhance the spiciness and sweetness of the fruit.

Taste: Soft and sweet notes of barley combined with the sourness of fruit and a hint of dryness from oak are distinctly felt in the middle of the palate. A little water enhances the creamy texture and smooth sweetness, blending with the spicy warmth to create a delightful sensation.

Finish: The warmth of spicy pepper with a light spicy aftertaste from wood.
