Dalwhinnie 30 Years is the oldest wine in Diageo's 2019 special collection. Dalwhinnie's distillery is located high in the mountains with an average temperature of 6.5¬C. It is this difficult terrain that gives Dalwhinnie its cold and pure water, which determines its distinctive taste and perfect quality. Long fermentation, three decades of distillation in aging wooden casks yields a 30 year old Dalwhinnie with 54.7% ABV strength.
