An excellent balanced expression from the core Caol Ila range, this 18-year-old whisky is malty and rich with Caol Ila smoke and phenol, a lovely Islay single malt that is not overly peaty.

The additional aging process has softened the impact of phenol, with peat to the late palate and refined by fine oak. A very smooth mature Islay malt.
