MORTLACH 20 Y.O GIFT BOX

Rượu Mortlach 20 năm, nhà chưng cất Mortlach (biệt danh là quái thú vùng Dufftown) nay thuộc sở hữu của Diageo. Range hàng mới của nhà này gồm Mortlach 12, Mortlach 16 và Morlach 20 năm được hãng công bố hồi tháng 07/2018 để thay thế cho range cũ gồm Mortlach Rare Old, Mortlach 18 và Mortlach 25 năm phát hành năm 2014 đóng chai 50cl.

Mortlach 20 năm được trọn vẹn trong thùng sherry-cask vì vậy hương vị rượu có style sherry đậm đà, được ủ ít nhất 20 năm từ quá trình chưng cất 2.81 lần. Đây là tỷ lệ chưng cất đặc thù của nhà Mortlach.

The oldest of three Mortlach single malts unveiled in mid-2018 (alongside the Mortlach 12 Year Old and Mortlach 16 Year Old), this expression matured for 20 years exclusively in sherry casks. Intensely flavoursome stuff (as we've come to expect from Mortlach).

With the flavor of roast chestnuts and tobacco, swiftly joined by dense chocolate and red berry richness. Just a whisper of meaty malt underneath. Clove and brandy butter arrive first, before chewy dates, orange peel, mature oak and Hobnob biscuits.Then finish with Lasting Christmas spice and a touch of cooked summer berries.
