To protect your account, maintain your membership privileges and ensure access to point redemption, please review and update your AVANTI MEMBERS account information.

You may choose one of the following three methods.

Method 1: Update Your Information via the AVANTI Members App

The AVANTI Members app allows you to manage your membership account, review your point history, access member privileges, make table reservations, track orders and use other member-exclusive features.

Step 1: Download the App

You can download the Avanti Members app by:

• Scanning the corresponding App Store or Google Play QR code shown in the guide below.
• Searching for “Avanti Members” on the App Store for iOS or Google Play for Android.
• Direct link: App Store | Google Play

Step 2: Sign In or Register

For existing members:

• Enter your registered phone number and password.
• Alternatively, select Sign in with email to access your account using your registered email address.
• In some cases, an OTP may be sent to your phone number for verification.

For new members:

• Select Register.
• Complete all required information.
• Make sure your phone number is correct so that you can receive the registration OTP.
• Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before completing your registration.

Step 3: Review and Update Your Information

After signing in:

1. Select Account.
2. Select Information.
3. Review and update the required details.
4. Select Save to confirm your changes.

Please carefully review details such as your name, phone number, email address, nationality, address and ZIP code before saving.

Please note: Certain information, such as your date of birth, may not be editable after registration. Your membership tier is automatically updated by the Avanti Members system in accordance with the programme policy.

Method 2: Update Your Information on the Habanos Specialist Vietnam Website

You may also review and update your membership information directly on the Habanos Specialist Vietnam website without using the mobile application.

Instructions

1. Visit the Habanos Specialist Vietnam website.
2. Sign in using your existing membership account.
3. Select the account icon in the upper-right corner.
4. Go to Settings.
5. Under My Profile, select Information.
6. Review and update the relevant information.
7. Select Save to confirm your changes.

You may review or update information including:

• First and last name.
• Title and marital status.
• Mobile number.
• Email address.
• Nationality.
• ZIP code.
• Address.
• Preferred communication channels and product interests.

Please note: Some information may be locked or may require additional verification before it can be changed.

Method 3: Contact Customer Care

Should you be unable to update your information through the app or website, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.

When contacting Customer Care, please provide:

• Your full name.
• Your registered phone number.
• Your Customer ID, if available.
• The information you would like to review or update.
