Product Warranty Policy

Product warranty covers defects, malfunctions, or technical issues arising from manufacturing faults.

1. Warranty Conditions

A product is eligible for free warranty service if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The product is still within the warranty period (calculated from the date of delivery to the customer).
  • The customer provides valid proof of purchase, including AVANTI invoice, warranty card, or official warranty seal.
  • The product does not fall under non-warranty cases.

2. Applicable Products

Warranty applies only to genuine accessories distributed by AVANTI that meet the following criteria:

  • Equipped with an official authenticity seal
  • Includes a serial number or QR code on the product

The policy does not apply to:

  • Promotional items, bundled gifts, or accessories without official seals
  • Products in the category of food and beverages

3. Warranty Service Locations

Customers may request warranty service via:

  • Any Habanos Specialist store or AVANTI Group headquarters

Customers can bring the product directly to a store or contact the hotline for assistance. AVANTI will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution. After servicing, the product will be returned to the customer.

Shipping and related costs are borne by the customer.

4. Warranty Period

Standard warranty duration: 3 / 6 / 12 months depending on product type, as specified on the invoice or warranty card.

5. Inspection & Evaluation Process

Upon receiving the product, AVANTI will conduct a technical inspection:

  • If the issue is due to manufacturing defects, warranty service will be free of charge.
  • If the issue is caused by user damage, AVANTI may offer paid repair services or decline warranty coverage.

6. Processing Time

Average warranty processing time ranges from 10 to 30 working days, depending on the nature of the issue and availability of replacement parts. In special cases, AVANTI will provide updates on the progress.

7. Non-Warranty Cases

Warranty will not apply under the following circumstances:

  • Warranty period has expired
  • Warranty card is incomplete or product details do not match
  • Invoice is lost, damaged, or illegible
  • Warranty seal is missing, torn, altered, or tampered with
  • Product has been repaired by unauthorized parties
  • Damage caused by improper use or storage, including:
    • Drops, impacts, or physical deformation
    • Scratches, moisture damage, corrosion, or liquid exposure
    • Damage caused by pests, natural disasters, or fire
