1. Commitment to confidentiality

The card payment system on Website habanosspecialist.vn (hereinafter referred to as “HABANOS SPECIALIST”) is provided by payment gateway partners that have been licensed to operate legally in Vietnam (hereinafter referred to as “Gateway Partners”) .   • One-time password (OTP) sent via VOICE/SMS/Email and PIN, TouchID, FaceID (applicable only) and/or online password that Customer has registered with the bank to ensure ensure account access is authenticated.
  • 128-bit MD5 encryption standard.
  • In the event of a payment system failure, the Customer's Transaction Information will be stored and restored to each payment transaction within the time limit specified in the Law on Accounting.
  • Principles and regulations on information security in the banking and finance industry according to regulations of the State Bank of Vietnam.

Transaction security policy in payment of HABANOS SPECIALIST applies to Customers:

HABANOS SPECIALIST provides a token storage facility - only stores the encrypted string provided by Onepay Payment Gateway Partners to HABANOS SPECIALIST. HABANOS SPECIALIST does not store customer card information directly. The security of Customer payment card information is performed by a licensed Payment Gateway Partner. In addition, HABANOS SPECIALIST uses many other software and algorithms to ensure data security.

  • For international cards: Customer's payment card information that can be used to establish transactions will not be saved on HABANOS SPECIALIST's system. Payment Gateway Partner will store and secure.
  • For domestic cards (Internet Banking), HABANOS SPECIALIST only stores order code, transaction code and bank name.

3. Edit payment privacy policy

HABANOS SPECIALIST reserves the right to edit and update the content of this Payment Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes to this Policy will be published on the Website habanosspecialist.vn and effective immediately.
