1. Return policy
Terms of return and exchange:

Unused (according to the return policy).
Item does not match the description.
Wrong/missing goods.
In case of valid exchange/return:
Broken, broken: if when receiving the goods from the shipper, the customer checks the product and confirms the broken goods, habanosspecialist.vn will support to exchange the goods for the customer right after.
Technical error.

2. Refund policy
Refund term:
Refund term will only be given to the customer when hatanospecialist.vn confirms that the returned Goods have been received and the buyer has completed the exchange process with a satisfied value.
Refund method:
After hatanospecialist.vn receives the product, after hatanospecialist.vn confirms that the product meets the requirements in the return policy, we'll refund the cost to the customer by signing directly to the account stated. Customer bank provides us call center, or refund via customer's credit card or refund by cash. We'll remind the Customer to get add on those cases.
Refund cost:
The cost of delivery and return will be fully paid by the buyer to the courier. hatanospecialist.vn does not have a policy to return eligible goods at the address provided by the customer.
3. No return in the following cases:
The product has no manufacturer defect/does not meet the conditions for product return/refund
