  1. Purpose and scope of collection: 

The main data collected on the Avanti Members application includes: email, phone number, customer address, etc. This is the information that Avanti Members requires customers to provide when registering to use the service and Avanti Members contacts to confirm when customers register to use the service at Avanti Members to ensure the rights of consumers.

During the payment transaction process on the Avanti Members application, we only store detailed information about the customer's paid orders, information about the customer's bank account number will not be stored.

Customers will be responsible for the security and storage of all activities using the service, information when sending contacts and their email boxes. In addition, customers are responsible for promptly notifying the Avanti Members application of unauthorized use, abuse, security breaches, storage of third-party registration names and passwords for appropriate resolution.

  1. Scope of information use:

The Company uses the information provided by the Customer to:

  • Provide information about products and services to customers.
  • Deliver goods to customers.
  • Send notifications about information exchange activities between the Customer and the Avanti Members application such as promotions, customer appreciation programs, etc.
  • Contact and resolve with Customers in special cases.
  • Do not use the Customer's personal information for purposes other than confirmation and contact related to transactions at Avanti Members.
  • In case of legal requirements: The Company is responsible for cooperating to provide the Customer's personal information when requested by judicial agencies including: the Procuracy, the court, the police investigation agency related to any violation of the law by the Customer. In addition, no one has the right to infringe on the Customer's personal information.
  1. Information storage time:

Customer's personal data will be stored until a cancellation request is made. In all other cases, Customer's personal information will be kept confidential on Avanti Members' server.

  1. People or organizations that may have access to personal information:

Subjects who have access to personal information of customers/Customers are in one of the following cases:

  • AVANTI-GROUP COMPANY LIMITED
  • Partners who have signed a contract to perform a part of the service provided by AVANTI-GROUP COMPANY LIMITED. These partners will receive information according to the contract agreement (maybe part or all of the information depending on the terms of the contract) to support users in using the services provided by the Company.
  • State agencies when requesting the Company to provide user information to serve the investigation process.
  • Buyers and sellers have a dispute and request the Company to be the mediator.

  1. Means and tools for users to access and edit their personal data:

Customers have the right to self-check, update, adjust or cancel their personal information by requesting Avanti Members to do so. 

Customers have the right to send complaints about sellers to the Avanti Members application's Administration Board. Upon receiving these feedbacks, Avanti Members will reconfirm the information, if it is true as reflected by the customer, depending on the level, Avanti Members will take timely measures to handle it.

  1. Commitment to protect customer personal information:

Avanti Members is committed to keeping customers' personal information absolutely confidential according to Avanti Members' personal information protection policy. The collection and use of each customer's information is only done with the consent of that customer, except in cases where the law provides otherwise.

Do not use, transfer, provide or disclose to any third party any customer's personal information without the customer's consent.

In the event that the server storing the information is hacked, leading to the loss of customer's personal data, Avanti Members will be responsible for reporting the incident to the authorities for timely investigation and notification to the customer.

Absolutely secure all online transaction information of customers, including accounting invoice information and digitized documents on Avanti Members.

Avanti Members Management Board requires individuals to provide full relevant personal information when registering/purchasing such as: Full name, contact address, email, phone number, account number, payment card number, etc., and is responsible for the legality of the above information. Avanti Members Management Board is not responsible for and will not resolve any complaints related to the rights of that Customer if it is determined that all personal information provided by that Customer upon initial registration is incorrect.

  1. Mechanism for receiving and resolving complaints related to customer personal information 

Customers have the right to send complaints about the disclosure of personal information to third parties to the Administration Board of Avanti Members Application at the Company's address or via Email: customerservice@avanti.com.vn

The Company is responsible for implementing technical and professional measures to verify the reflected content.

The processing time for complaints related to customer personal information is 15 days.
