Aging Process & Characteristics: The unique feature of this edition is that the whisky is finished in a combination of three types of Port casks: Ruby, White, and Tawny Port. Bottled at a Natural Cask Strength of 59.7%, this is a whisky bursting with flavor, showcasing a vibrant cultural fusion.
Taste:
Aroma: Opens with characteristic sweet peat smoke, salty sea notes, intertwined with rich aromas of red berries, strawberry jam, and a hint of raisins from the Port cask.
Taste: Extremely powerful and full-bodied. The sweetness of ripe fruit (cherry, plum) explodes, perfectly balanced with the characteristic spicy black pepper, salty sea salt, and warm smoky notes.
Finish: Very long, warm, and spicy. The aftertaste is a blend of smoke, pepper, dark chocolate, and the rich sweetness of fruit from the Port cask.
