This is one of The Singleton of Glen Ord's oldest official blends to date.



This whisky masterpiece is crafted from the heart of Master Maureen Robinson. She brings a new dimension to the Glen Ord style by using a delicately balanced 42-year-old liquid, perfected over four months in two hand-selected American Oak Hogshead casks, aged in rich Amontillado before being bottled at cask strength (49.3% ABV). Singleton of Glen Ord 42 Years Old is released as a limited edition of 600 individually numbered bottles.



TAKING NOTES

Nose: Light nose and deep, dense, and fruity aromas

Palm: Starts sweet, then salty, slightly dry, and spicy oak notes

Finish: Distinctly warm, dry with a hint of woody smoke
