Aging Process & Characteristics: The whisky is perfected through a unique double aging process: first in European oak barrels and then undergoing a second maturation process lasting 14 years in two Madeira casks. This gives the whisky a rich, sweet flavor, combined with the inherent lightness and elegance of the distillery, creating a perfect balance. This whisky was released in an extremely limited quantity, with only 420 bottles worldwide.
Tasty:
Aroma: Sweet with notes of ripe fruit, hints of green apple, grape, and a subtle beeswax. Gradually becoming fragrant with floral notes.
Taste: Vibrant and extremely smooth. The sweetness of ripe fruit and apple is balanced by a gradually developing spicy kick.
Finish: Long, warm, with a lingering peppery aftertaste and a green apple note at the end.
