A majestic phoenix soaring on its fiery wings energizes the stills of Lagavulin, amplifying its spice intensity. Lagavulin has long been home to legends. Its rocky bay is crowned by a castle by the Lords of the Isles, who have long ruled. Distilleries rise in succession; immensely respected, a king born to rule. Produced at the birthplace of distillation, this iconic Islay malt is pungent and smoky, steeped in history and legend for over two hundred years. In this profound expression from our purest oak and smoky reserves, peat barrels guide spices and smoke into their eternal dance with deep sweetness. The smooth, creamy opening shines with rich sweetness, before lemon and sea salt notes add freshness and a burst of spice to savor.
