The most complex edition to date, the 2016 collection is the third bottling in the John Walker Sons Private Collection series, bringing these small-batch Johnnie Walker editions to a wider audience with 8,888 bottles worldwide.

This edition, named “Fine Honeyed Notes,” focuses on the sweeter flavors in the Johnnie Walker range. This unique blend is extracted from over 100 casks at various distilleries, four of which are now defunct: Caledonian, Cambus, Carsebridge, and Port Dundas. All of this creates a complex and balanced flavor profile, with layers of fragrant honey from single malt Scotch whiskies, and a deep, fruity undertone from single malt Scotch whiskies, resulting in a harmonious whole of golden honey hues, smooth texture, and perfectly balanced complexity.
