Delivery Policies

To bring convenience to customers, Avanti Members provides home delivery as follows:

a. Scope and Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is counted from the moment the purchase is confirmed. For inner-city areas within a 5km radius of the company’s store: delivery within 24h. For suburban/provincial areas: delivery via 3rd-party couriers, taking 03–07 working days.

Estimated delivery time:

Avanti Members supports delivery from Monday to Saturday every week (8:00 - 19:00) & Sunday (10:00 - 17:00). However, there are cases where delivery takes longer but only occurs in the following force majeure situations:

  • Avanti Members staff cannot contact the customer by phone so delivery is not possible.
  • The delivery address you provided is incorrect or difficult to find.
  • The number of Avanti Members orders has increased suddenly, causing order processing to be delayed.
  • The partner supplying goods to Avanti Members is slower than expected, causing delivery to be delayed or the shipping partner is slow to deliver. Avanti Members delivers nationwide. Avanti Members sells goods at good prices from the warehouse.

b. Shipping fee

Regarding shipping fees, Avanti Members will ship free of charge for orders within a 5km radius. For other cases, shipping fees will be charged according to the third party's delivery fees. Shipping fees will be notified to customers during the process of Avanti Members staff confirming the order with the customer. The fee will depend on the weight, size of the order and geographical distance, so there will be different fees.

c. Assignment of responsibilities during transportation

For goods damaged during transportation, whether the order is shipped by the store itself or by a third party, Avanti Members will be responsible for resolving the problem for the customer. Customers have the right to refuse to receive the product and request a return according to the "return and refund" policy. For any problems that arise, Avanti Members will work with the shipping partner to resolve compensation for the order according to the cooperation agreement between Avanti Members and the third party providing the shipping service.

d. Responsibilities of Avanti Members and logistics service providers regarding the provision of goods documents during the delivery process

All orders are carefully packaged and sealed by Avanti Members before shipping. The shipping unit is responsible for shipping the goods in the original packaging, ensuring that the goods are not opened or damaged during the delivery process.

Each order packaging will have the following complete information:

  • Recipient information: Recipient name, phone number and delivery address.
  • Order bill of lading code.

To ensure the safety of the goods, Avanti Members will provide a valid financial invoice or warehouse receipt of the product in the parcel (if any).

The shipping unit is responsible for providing documents related to these goods to the customer and when requested by the competent state management agency during the delivery service.

*Note: Due to the nature of the product, which is alcohol, it is only sold to buyers aged 18 and over. Therefore, Avanti Members' delivery staff or Avanti Members' contracted delivery partner's delivery staff will have to verify the recipient's information with the information of the person placing the order and paying by comparing the recipient's ID Card information. If the information does not match, our staff will refuse to deliver.
