Glen Ord Distillery, established in 1838 in Muir of Ord, Highland, is known for its smooth, balanced whisky, made using pure water sourced from underground springs and rainwater in the All't Fionnaid mountains.

This 42-year-old expression is part of The Forgotten Drop Series No. 2, bottled in 2018, and stands as the oldest whisky ever released by Glen Ord throughout the distillery's history, matured in Amontillado Sherry casks.

Deep amber colour; a honeyed sweetness on the nose interwoven with subtle floral undertones; an impeccably balanced, smooth palate that reveals decades of refinement, culminating in a lingering, resonant finish.
