Chan de Rosas is a renowned white wine producer in D.O. Rías Baixas, widely regarded as the birthplace of the Albariño grape, with 20–40 year old vines located near the Arousa inlet in the Salnés valley, on well-drained granite soils.

Unlike the Cuvée Especial, which sees partial oak ageing, the Clásico stays unoaked, aiming for purity and vibrancy that let the Albariño grape speak for itself.

Aromas of white flowers, citrus peel, green apple and elderflower; a fresh palate with crisp acidity and a clean, subtly mineral finish.
