Authentique is part of the AOC Côtes-du-Roussillon, sourced from three distinct areas: the Mediterranean coast, Aspres, and the Agly Valley - growing Syrah, Carignan, and Grenache respectively. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand. Pebbles from the coast bring freshness, while clay and quartz from Aspres bring elegance.
