Begin - Nose: oily, with sweet hints of malty cereal that becomes spirituous and meatier.
Begin - Palate: initially lightly sweet and spicy, the slightly sour red cherry note becomes meatier.
Begin - Finish: long, deep and peppery with lingering acetone and a cereal aftertaste.
Beyond - Nose: mellow, dry and savoury, with the familiar meaty note giving way to dry sage, vanilla ice cream and raspberry.
Beyond - Palate: sweet with hints of spun honey to start; a drop of water brings a spicier conclusion with a hint of ginger.
Beyond - Finish: a lingering spiciness and a cool aftertaste.
