Rivesaltes Ambré Hors d'Âge is a Vin Doux Naturel (fortified, naturally sweet wine) under the AOP Rivesaltes designation, aged oxidatively for many years in oak barrels in a solera-style system, giving it its signature deep amber colour.

Aromas of dried flowers, dried apricot, roasted coffee and almond; a rich palate balancing sweetness with fresh acidity, finishing long with notes of candied fruit and brioche.
