Elie Bleu is a French brand founded in 1976, renowned for its luxury humidors, later expanding into refined pocket lighters.

The J-15 "Fire Horse" lighter, finished in black lacquer, is designed to complement the humidors and other accessories within the same Fire Horse collection – inspired by the Bing Wu (Fire Horse) year, a rare cycle that occurs only once every 60 years in the East Asian sexagenary calendar. It is produced as a limited, numbered edition of just 288 pieces worldwide.

The body is finished with an ultra-resistant UV varnish and features an anti-dust ignition system along with a convenient fuel tank viewing window with gauge; it runs on standard Premium butane gas and offers a slim, compact design for effortless daily carry.
