Château Saint Roch is owned by Jean-Marc Lafage – of the same family behind Domaine Lafage – located in Roussillon, southern France, where the Pyrenees meet the Mediterranean.

Chimères 2022 is produced under the AOC Côtes du Roussillon Villages, from a blend of Grenache, Carignan and Syrah, aged in vat and oak barrel.

Dark, almost opaque red; aromas of blackberry, garrigue and black cherry with plum, schisty mineral and black pepper spice, hints of blueberry; full-bodied, dense palate with ripe, smooth tannins and a long, spicy, dark-fruited finish.
